We’re from out of state and so I searched to see who was a high volume active agent in the building and found Seth. After having a consultation with him on the phone and taking his advice on doing a small renovation ( new countertops, plumbing fixtures, light fixtures Paint etc) to achieve a higher price and make it more attractive to sell we moved forward. The contractor he recommended and works within the building Kevin Lara did a great job and did the renovation faster than expected.
