We just sold our condo in West Palm Beach Florida, City Place South Tower, and used Seth Koretzky at Modern Living Group. We’re from out of state and so I searched to see who was a high volume active agent in the building and found Seth. After having a consultation with him on the phone and taking his advice on doing a small renovation ( new countertops, plumbing fixtures, light fixtures Paint etc) to achieve a higher price and make it more attractive to sell we moved forward. The contractor he recommended and works within the building Kevin Lara did a great job and did the renovation faster than expected. I did not have to fly down to Florida for anything, Seth and his team looked after it all and kept me in informed along the way with great results.
