Grandview Heights Neighborhood Guide
Just minutes from Downtown West Palm Beach, you’ll find the charming, historic neighborhoods of Grandview Heights & Flamingo Park. Architecture ranges from Art Decor to Spanish Colonial Revival. Take a bike ride, walk to the dog park or grab a bite to eat at the Grandview Public Market. Grandview Heights is a lovely place to visit for the day or make home. Here are a few of our favorites, take a look for yourself.
1. Grandview Public Market

The Grandview Public Market has brightened the West Palm Beach food, drink & art scene. The Market offers over 12 chef inspired dining concepts, a retail shop & fitness classes. It’s location is everything. Resting on the Eastern side of the Warehouse District, it’s just a walk or bike ride from the Grandview Heights and Flamingo Park neighborhood. The outdoor area, or loading dock has a cocktail bar window and plenty of seating. This is a place where people come together, celebrate something special or simply grab a bite to eat.
2. Elizabeth Ave Station

Just a couple of buildings over from The Grandview Public Market lies The Elizabeth Ave Station. This warehouse opened a season prior to the Public Market, paving the way for entrepreneurs, craftsmen and artists. The Station hosts vendors selling everything from home goods to jewelry, fine art to vintage treasures. Workshops and parties are a huge part of the culture at The Station. 3. Howard Park

Every active neighborhood needs a place to run & play. Howard Park is a 13.8 acre scenic park located just minutes from Downtown West Palm Beach. The park is a common ground for neighborhood and community members to get outside & move. The park features a baseball field, basketball & tennis courts, walking trail and two play areas for children. Gather with friends and family at the pavilion or picnic in the green grass.
4. City Paws Dog Park

City Paws is dog park located at Howard Park. It’s a great place to meet new people while your dog runs free. The park has shaded benches, designated areas for small and large dogs, cooling stations and of course, doggie bag stations.
5. Coda Builders

Coda Builders is a Licensed and Insured construction company specializing in commercial & residential woodwork, furniture, and cabinetry. Founded in 2014, Coda Builders has grown into a design centric company recently working on retail & restaurant interiors here in Historic West Palm Beach. The workshop features a spiral staircase leading to a boutique retail & office space. Stop by to see what’s happening or check out the shop online.
6. Thai Bay
