6. Table 427

A lovely restaurant specializing in contemporary Mexican cuisine. The chef takes a modern approach to classic Mexican dishes like Blue Crab Tostadas, Duck Tamale and Short Ribs in Chipotle. You can have a fine dining experience in a cozy atmosphere that feels more like home. The most unique part of their menu is actually the “No Menu Experience”. You let your server know any items you don’t eat and the rest is left up to the chef!

7. Malakor Thai Cafe

You’ll feel like you’ve escaped to Thailand as soon as you walk through the doors and into this eclectic restaurant adorned with Thai-inspired murals. The two chefs are both born, raised, and culinarily trained in Thailand, so you truly feel like you’re feasting on a meal as authentic as something you’d find in the heart of Bangkok. Everything I’ve eaten here is absolutely phenomenal. If you’ve never adventured much beyond Pad Thai, this is the place to do it! However, even their Pad Thai is amazing.. you can’t go wrong!

The perfect spot to meet with friends, catch up on some reading, or take your laptop and get work done. Harold’s has an artsy, airy, laid-back atmosphere with a really neat courtyard in the back where you can find live music being played a few nights of the week. They’re known for their cold brew coffee for a reason! But, if cold coffee isn’t your thing, they also serve hot coffee, tea, juice, baked goods and other snacks.
